We are looking for two

Senior Residential Keyworkers

to start in September 2021, initially on a fixed term contract until 31.08.22

Full-time role 42 hours per week, Part time role 17 hours per week

Term time plus 5 INSET days

Salary: S6 £24,780 FTE (plus an additional sleeping in allowance)

Pro-rata salary for part time role £10,066

 We are looking for enthusiastic and committed people to join our Outstanding Residential Provision. The successful applicants will be committed, practical and caring with good organisational skills and the ability to use their initiative. As a Senior Residential Key Worker you will be required to support the leadership of a skilled, diverse and collaborative team which supports students to develop skills for life.

As a Senior Residential Keyworker you will be working a set shift pattern over the day and evenings, during term time only, with no weekend or bank holiday working required.

The fulltime post is for 42 hours per week and includes at least one sleeping in duty per week for which you will be paid an allowance of £45 per duty. The part time post is for is for 17 hours per week on Mondays from 12pm – 8.30pm and Tuesdays from 12.30pm – 9pm.

An NVQ 3 qualification or equivalent is desirable or a commitment to undertake training. A full driving licence is desirable.

 Salary: PS3 £18,013 per annum (£14,181 pro-rata), 39 weeks of the year (term time plus 5 INSET days)

We could offer part- time hours 8.30 am – 1.15 pm or 1.15 pm – 4.00 pm

The positions are to provide temporary student support, initially expected to be until 31.08.22

Examination Officer

10 hours per week (these will be flexible depending upon exams)

Salary: PS7 £27,099 per annum (£6,417 pro-rata), 39 weeks of the year (term time plus 5 INSET days)

 

We are looking for an experienced Examination Officer to ensure the smooth and efficient running of internal and external examinations across the school.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with exam boards, the JCQ, staff, students’ parents and governors.
  • Liaising with teaching staff 
  • Managing and training the team of invigilators, readers and scribes
  • Managing the examination entry process
  • Managing examination days and examination results

Candidates will need to be flexible as working hours will vary depending upon the examination schedules and the candidate will need to be present for all exams and for 2 days over the GCSE results period in August.
